Information and early detection to minimise men's diseases

Today, 19 November, marks International Men's Day, a day to raise awareness of positive male role models, promote gender equality and protect men's health.

November is the month dedicated to making men aware of their own health problems. With the exception of heart disease, the leading cause of death among men, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention are the biggest threats to men. Prevention and early detection of these ills will help men to live happier, healthier and longer lives.
